Helping people find purpose, meaning, and motivation through change.
Meaningful work matters most when work gets hard.
Purpose in Work
People are more likely to stay engaged when they can see how their daily work connects to a larger purpose, real people, and meaningful outcomes.
Motivation Through Change
Meaningful work is not created by a slogan. It is shaped through how leaders communicate, recognize contribution, support growth, and design the work itself.
Leadership That Makes Work Matter
Change can create uncertainty, stress, and resistance. Leaders can help people move through it by building clarity, trust, competence, and connection.
Grounded in real work. Informed by research.
For more than 20 years, I have worked in property management and maintenance leadership, supporting the teams responsible for homes, residents, projects, vendors, and everyday problem solving.
Today, I am also a doctoral researcher at Pepperdine University studying meaningful work and intrinsic motivation during disruptive change.
I am interested in the practical question behind both roles: How can leaders help people remain connected to purpose when work becomes difficult, uncertain, or different?
